On January 31 we alerted   you to an anti gun amendment attached to HB1302 that would have repealed our pre-emption law.

We have received reports from the field that there was some confusion surrounding our position on HB1302 and the amendment by Rep. Robert  L'Heureux .  To help clarify the situation we are posting some correspondence between officials of the New Hampshire Firearms Coalition and Rep. Robert  L'Heureux.
