In response to our mailing to New Boston voters, some of the illegal requirements for issuance of a State of New Hampshire pistol/revolver license have been removed from the New Boston Police website. The police department has told at least 1 caller that those requirements never even existed. That is not true! The New Hampshire Firearms Coalition, Inc. has a screen shot copy of the webpage that listed them. Click here to see it.
Unfortunately, anti gun Chief Krajenka is still requiring phone numbers for references, this is not provided for by statute or on the official application form supplied by the New Hampshire State Police. The only form that may be used is the form provided by the director of state police and pursuant to R.S.A. 159:6, "No other forms shall be used by officials of cities and towns."

Your emails and phone calls to New Boston Selectmen are working, keep it up! Demand that their police chief follow the law. Remember to be polite and respectful when contacting elected officials.
