Unfortunately the House chose to ignore you, and voted to pass SB 88 without the Rep. Hoell floor amendment.
There is good news, however.
We still have another shot at fixing this bill.
Because the House amended a Senate bill, the Senate still has to agree to the changes.
I need you to call your Senator, tell them to vote to request a committee of conference to fix this bill.
Tell your Senator you do not want this bill going forward until it is amended to include the language of the Rep. Hoell floor amendment from the House.
Please read the message I wrote last week before the House voted to understand why this bill needs to be fixed, then call your Senator and tell him only to demand this bill go to a Committee of Conference to be fixed.
The Senate could be taking action on this bill as soon as Wednesday, so it is crucial you call your Senator immediately!
