Martin Strosser was a founding member of the New Hampshire Firearms Coalition, Inc. and served as Vice President from 2004 - 2006. He died on Wednesday, February 28, 2007, at St. Joseph Hospital in Nashua after a brief illness. He was an endowment member of the National Rifle Association, a member of the Second Amendment Foundation, the New Hampshire Pyrotechnics Association, the Handel and Haydn Society, Freemason Rising Sun Lodge 39, and New Hampshire Shriners and Mensa. Mr. Strosser was born in Michigan, son of Rudolf Strosser of Bayonet Point, Florida and the late Laurel Schultz. He moved to New Hampshire in 1983. He graduated from the University of Michigan in Dearborn with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in mechanical engineering. He did graduate studies at the University of Michigan and Harvard University Extension Division. He worked for Applicon of Burlington, Mass., Tech Resources of Milford, Offshore Services Corp. in Sugarloaf Shores, Fla., and Digital Equipment Corp. in Nashua. He had a great love of politics, constitutional freedoms, organ music, fireworks and especially, “Team Meow.” A Memorial Service is planned for Monday, March 5th, 7:30P.M. at The First Baptist Church of Milford on West Street, Milford, NH.
